✅ After their father’s death, Andy and blind sister Piper move in with eccentric foster mom Laura, who favors Piper. Andy grows suspicious of Laura’s obsession with her drowned daughter Cathy and the mute boy Oliver’s strange behavior. Discovering Oliver is possessed by a demon, Andy learns Laura plans to drown Piper in a ritual to resurrect Cathy. After a violent confrontation, Piper escapes, but Laura drowns Andy. Police arrive as Laura cradles Cathy’s corpse, her twisted plan failed.
